Today is a happy day. With the setup of Futurelab Brussels, we will finally become active in the Belgian market. Even though we’ve been based here for years, we’ve only had a handful of Belgian customers and never really engaged in any prospecting.
This will now change. Just like elsewhere, Futurelab Brussels will approach CEO’s and brand leaders with the promise to identify new profit opportunities for their business by becoming more customer centric and innovative.
In line with the principles of the Customer Manifesto and the #ChangeMarketing movement, it will also help those that wish to transform their marketing into something that has (more) meaning for the customer, the business and the world at large.
Leading the Brussels office will be a partnership of three marketing veterans who have always walked on the customer- and profit-centric side of the life. They are:
- Jan Van Aken, former CEO of Ogilvy Belgium
- Philip Greenfield, former worldwide CEO of RMG Connect and European CEO of OgilvyOne
- Walter Dermul, former managing partner at Saatchi & Saatchi and current CEO of BrandCoach
