Neil Perkin, the founder of Only Dead Fish, is a consultant specializing in digital content strategy, digital commercial strategy and social technologies. In a previous life he has also been the Director of Marketing & Strategy for the commercial functions of IPC Media, the well known UK publisher of consumer magazines and associated websites.
