OFCOM is publishing reports as if they are going out of style. Another presentation has just hit the street (Communications & Convergence – Challenges for the 21st Century Digital Economies).
Unfortunately, OFCOM thinks the world ends at the age of 34 so don’t look for any analysis beyond that date. However, the graphic of the relative growth rate of different media is really powerful stuff.
If companies have not asked (and hopefully answered) the question: “how well do we use the Internet to engage with our older audiences” then it is about time they did.
