As an illustration, David used to be the Customer Experience Director EMEA for CA and Juan used to lead Baxter’s European Customer Experience Centre of Excellence.
Both are also Net Promoter(r) Certified Associates, which makes them fully competent in applying the Net Promoter System at clients seeking their support.
