The latest contributor to the Futurelab blog is anything but a lightweight in the scene of marketing innovation. In fact, as Diamondcluster's Vice-Chairman and Global MD for Innovation and Research, John Sviokla is probably partially re-writing the rule-book in this exciting field.
His credentials only become more impressive, if you add to this a role as Founding editor of the Journal for Electronic Commerce, a former associate professorship at Harvard Business School, a variety of speaking assignments at Harvard, MIT, London Business School and Oxford and a host of publications.
