Jan’s career path has given him in-depth knowledge of CRM, one to one, customer analysis and segmentation, digital marketing technology, 360° channel planning (including interactive TV) and brand architecture.
Jan has held many senior positions with the Ogilvy empire: CEO and Change Agent for Ogilvy Group Belgium, Lead Coordinator at OgilvyOne Europe consulting and e-mail practice, President of OgilvyOne Worldwide, Brussels, Managing Director of O&M Dataconsult. He also set up O&M Teleservices (now called OgilvyOne Connections) and Ogilvy Interactive. He has also been involved in several international task forces at Ogilvy Worldwide Global Client Services, including advising Siemens on customer engagement strategy & global brand strategy.
