Scott has spent his working life creating and executing sales and communications strategies with a specific track record in new market development. He is a grounded pragmatist and passionate advocate for human-centric strategy. 

His career has spanned insights, media, creative, retail and frontline sales. Scott has launched and marketed new print and TV media, built and executed scalable channel growth strategies in consumer goods, created several consumer segmentation and NPD models, implemented new performance measurement systems for numerous retailers and built psychographic profiling products for DM, EDM, ATL and one-to-one campaigns.

Today, heading up Futurelab’s Australian office, Scott advises companies on brand, category and channel strategies, digital media, consumer insights and retail warfare.
