He believes in customer centricity and has a track record in successful business transformations from strategy development to its deployment. A successful change through employee engagement and leadership development is the foundation to ensure real P&L results. He is an expert in building high performing organizations through purpose driven and supportive leadership, a positive work environment and culture as well as people with the right skillsets and capabilities.

Over more than 20 years, he has risen through the ranks of Daimler, CHEP, GSK & CapitaLand and was in charge of several business functions including Strategy, Innovation & Operations. He has established and developed several teams which were recognized for their outstanding performance and delvery of more than $600m in P&L improvements. He has a passion for complex problem solving, the future of work and leadership development.

Ronald is also on the Lifelong Learning Council where he is supporting the Ministry of Education of Singapore to establish a society embracing lifelong learning as a way of life.
