Michel sees customer-led innovation as the common thread across all the industries he’s worked in, including time at Euroccor, Teamleiders.nu, Telenet (telecommunications), Crédit Agricole (financial services) and Newell Rubbermaid (FMCG). Having led teams in Western and Eastern Europe, Michel is known for his inspiring energy and an open communication style.
He is one of those people for whom mediocre or even ‘above par’ service isn’t good enough and this is how he unlocks potential of the people around him.
