Marina is ruthless with clutter. She specializes in cutting through and helping clients pinpoint the questions that have the power to transform customer experience and deliver profit.

Marina kicked off her career in market research, before moving into media planning where she worked on accounts for Danone, Dandy and Unilever. She then used her experience to set up a media consultancy in partnership with international media auditors. She believes customer-centricity should be business-as-usual and joined Futurelab to make it so.

As well as heading up NPS at Futurelab Research, Marina provides media and strategic marketing expertise to Futurelab clients across Europe and Asia. She has worked with brands such as Sanoma,, Shapeways, Weber-Stephen, American Consolidated Media, Unibake, Visa, Shell, Nokia, Tele-2, Novartis, Samsung, HP, GlaxoSmithKline, Lukoil, Ratiopharm, Storck and Adidas.
