It’s not often that we announce a contributor who is both a world-class expert in the field of Word-of-Mouth and a member of the Academy for the Magical Arts, yet with George Silverman it looks we can. While he’s not the most prolific of this planet’s posters, his musings on the topics of WoM, evangelism, viral marketing and customer decision acceleration offer a depth and insight you don’t often see.
