Serendipity is the art of finding something while looking for something else. Yet the way Christian Smagg became a contributor on the Futurelab blog is a beautiful example of how you can find without even looking at all.
Through a combination of misunderstandings and feed blindness we had accidentally confused Christian with our good friend Yann Gourvennec, and were happily publishing away the materials that he wrote.
Christian kindly pointed this out to us, but after the initial embarrasment waned, we had a closer look at his work and promptly agreed for him to become a contributor to the blog. So, from now on, we’ll regularly update you with his thoughts, insights and ideas.
