OK, so this hasn’t launched yet. But the fact that ITV are serious enough about doing it to have announced it publicly is interesting.

It’s a logical extension of the interactive TV classic “click red on your remote to request a sample”, but with the advantage that they have a direct mechanism - people's mobile phones - for follow-up and tracking redemption.
