Here it is. The slide heard 'round the design community and blogoshpere. From Roger Martin's (Rotman School of Management) "Designing in Hostile Territory" presented at IIT's Strategy '06 conference.
In it he takes on the "communication gap" that exists between creative thinkers and business people (Reliability vs. Validity). He challenges designers to view this difference in mindset as a "design problem" which needs to be solved—and engourages both types of individuals to strive for more balance in their thinking.
