Eric Van Zele is serving as President & CEO of Barco nv since January 2009. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Reynaers Aluminium nv in Duffel, Belgium.
Prior to 2009 he was a Director on the Management Board of the Indian Avantha Group and served as President & CEO of Pauwels International from 2004 through 2008.
Prior to that he was President & CEO of Telindus nv (2000-2003) and Vice President of Raychem Corporation (Menlo Park, CA, 1972-1999).
Eric Van Zele holds a masters degree in mechanical engineering (KUL 1972) and post graduate degrees in management from Stanford University (1992).
Marc Anné is heading since 2006 the Customer Insight & Advocacy Unit which tracks, monitors and orchestrates the end-to-end Customer Experience within Orange Business Services. Outstanding Customer Experience is the number one company priority of Orange Business Services.
Orange Business Services is a global communications solutions integrator offering a variety of network and network related services to multinational organizations worldwide, operating services in 145 countries and generating a yearly turnover of around 8 Billion €.
Prior to this assignment, Marc Anné was responsible from 2004 to end 2005 for the Transformation Office of Equant (former brand name- focusing on major savings and services growth initiatives). He was a member of Equant's Executive Committee since 2003.
Prior to this position, Marc was vice president and head of the Corporate Program Office overseeing the Equant contributions to the France Telecom TOP overall performance program.
From 2001 – 2002, Marc served as vice president and head of the Program Office overseeing and program managing the Equant / Global One merger.
Prior to 2000, Marc held within Equant various positions in global sales operations, country general management and innovative business development.
In 1981, Marc earned a master's degree in Communication Sciences from the Catholic University of Leuven, and in 1979, he earned a bachelor's degree in Political and Social Sciences from University Sint-Ignatius in Antwerp.
Daniel Haas heads Strategic Planning, Brand Experience and Retail Training for Lexus Europe, who are recognized leaders in delivering high levels of customer experience. His role involves working closely with the European retailer network to continuously improve customer experience, driving brand advocacy, sales growth and profitability.
Prior to joining Lexus, Daniel was manager of Business Planning at Toyota Motor Europe. He has also held management consulting positions at Cap Gemini in Singapore and Deloitte Consulting in Germany.
Daniel is German and grew up in Tokyo. He has a master degree in Management & Engineering from Technical University Berlin (1997) and holds an MBA from IMD in Lausanne (2003).
