Consulting

As an advisory boutique we have to freedom to provide you with a slightly different type of consultancy experience.   As such our services come in three flavours:

• Short interventions: You engage us for typically 45 to 90-days to address a clearly defined issue on a fixed budget basis.  Because we bring to the table a set of proven methods and tools, we can be fast in delivering quality results, while remaining light on your budget.
• Long-term engagements: We accompany your business for multiple months or even years.  Our role can vary from being a coach on the side, to being the people that make it happen.  By putting senior consultants in the operational lead and only supporting them when needed, we can maximise our impact, while keeping monthly retainer payments well below those typically charged by large consultancy teams.
• Executive counsel: We act as your private advisor on matters of customer-centricity and corporate change.  Our role can be as public or discrete as you wish, yet typically our involvement never gets discussed outside your office.
