#ChangeMarketing: The Manifesto

A Little Less Conversation, A Little More Action.

While marketing gurus around the world talk about conversations, ROI and engagement, reality is often different.

Movies still get interrupted.  Loyalty programmes still inspire cynicism.  Habits and business models get in the way of marketers that want to do the right thing.  And only few CFO's can tell us how much money marketing made last year.

This needs to change.  Not by writing more words, but by crafting new tools, methods and mechanisms to change the marketing practice, rather than its rethoric.

The #ChangeMarketing Manifesto wants to be a first step in this direction. It aims to scope "WHAT" needs to change in the land of marketing. It is deliberately incomplete and is designed as an open source platform for your contributions.

After all, it takes many minds to change a profession.
