Wow - thanks for a great compilation of required reading!
I like to compare the role of the Community Manager as being like a One Man Band (or One Wo-man Band in my case), but it's a role with endless potential and the opportunity to truly make a difference. I've listed some additional articles here that have been helpful reading as well, and will edit my post to include your list!
